| Description | Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Executive Healthcare Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various data-related and operational tasks, including indexing, managing lab reports, processing medical records requests, attending patient calls, and entering patient data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Key Responsibilities Review medical records to assess report types and ensure records are accurate, up to date, and well organized Gather, file, organize, and retrieve patient records electronically Manage lab reports and process medical records requests efficiently Attend calls from insurance companies, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and patients to provide requested information Make outbound calls to insurance providers, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, or patients to collect required information Handle inquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner Follow up on customer calls whenever necessary Generate reports and respond to client requests from time to time Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and EHR systems Review and correct data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards Maintain logs of activities and completed work Be flexible and ready to work across multiple processes as required Requirements Education: B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or Healthcare Management Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting Experience in data management roles International call center experience preferred Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in EHR systems and other healthcare software Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Role: Healthcare & Life Sciences - Other Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Healthcare & Life Sciences Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Healthcare & Life Sciences - Other |
