The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, particularly in building robust and scalable applications using Java 8, 11 or 17(Min) Spring Boot, Spring, JPA, Kafka, SQL or NoSQL , and RESTful web services. The Java Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs. Mandatory Skills: Java 8, 11 or 17(Min), J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, Spring Security, Microservices, Hibernate, ORM Frameworks, Multithreading, Kafka, XMl, OOPS, JSP, JSF Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Kafka, SQL or NoSQL , and RESTful web services. - Should work in the Agile Development Methodology. - Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical challenges. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, optimizing application performance as needed. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and assisting with their professional growth. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and techniques. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and features. Technical Expectation: - Proficiency in developing RESTful services using Spring and Spring Boot modules such as Web, Data, JPA, Security, and AOP. - Strong command of database design, adeptness in crafting SQL queries, and experience in data modeling. - Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. - Experience in diagnosing and resolving application security issues and addressing code smells. - Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving technical challenges.- Effective communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate within a team environment. Good to have: - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTM L, CSS, JavaScript) and a proven ability to seamlessly integrate them with back-end services. - Experience with SonarQube, Junit and Mockito Framework. - Experience with tools like SonarQube, Snyk, VeraCode, and similar. - Experience in Jenkins, Kubernetes & CI/CD |
