| Description | Job description Role & responsibilities Branch Banking. Should be flexible to work in many profile as decided by Bank. Should be open for Sales Culture Cross Selling & Up Selling. 250 300 customers mapped to each RM / SENIOR OFFICER. No team handling. Reference Generation, Understand and sell products on the basis of customer requirement. RM are responsible for developing, and expanding the ICICI Customer. Ensure customer satisfaction. Identify potential customers in the assigned market. Selling of Banking Products. Maintaining Reports. Preferred candidate profile AGE : Less than 26 (At the time of joining the bank). 10th Certificate. (Minimum of 50%). 12th Certificate. (Minimum of 50%). UG Certificate. (Minimum of 50%). (Any UG). PG (If any) Certificate. (Minimum of 50%). If less than 50% in graduation but more than 50% in PG(regular mode) , then the candidate is eligible. Education Mode Regular Only & there should have no gap. 0-2 yrs of experience (will be consider as fresher). Candidate should be from the respective State.
