| Description | Were Hiring | Fresher Chartered Accountant (CA) Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher / Newly Qualified CA We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified CAs to gain hands-on exposure across accounting, taxation, audits, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records Assist in preparation of financial statements as per accounting standards Support statutory, internal, and tax audits Handle direct & indirect tax compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.) Prepare and file tax returns and related documentation Bank, ledger, and account reconciliations Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams Assist in MIS reporting and management presentations Required Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified / Recently Cleared Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws Working knowledge of GST, Income Tax & basic corporate laws Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred) Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management and multitasking abilities Willingness to learn and adapt Preferred (Optional) Article ship or internship experience in audit, taxation, or accounting Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar Apply / Share Profiles: hrd6@venpastaffing.com WhatsApp / Call: 9944466604 Referrals are welcome! |
