INDIA (View on map) Job Title: Functional Electric Engineer (FE) Experience: 3 to 5 Years Work Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain electrical wiring diagrams using Airbus tools Ensure compliance with aerospace design standards, configuration management rules, and internal processes. Contribute to project planning and execution, supporting KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in design reviews, technical assessments, and problem-solving activities across program phases. Support change management activities, including impact analysis and implementation of engineering changes. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment across aircraft systems and functions. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline. Mandatory experience in aircraft electrical systems design, ideally within the Single Aisle aircraft (A320) with specifically in Capital Harness. Familiarity with Airbus processes and methods is desirable. Experience with configuration management and aerospace design data control. Proficiency in tools such as SEE XP, CCD, AXIOM, TAKSY, GILDA, CIRCE, ESDCR, and Electrical Referential is added advantage Strong project management mindset with the ability to drive KPIs and performance improvements. Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly in cross-functional and supplier environments. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced aerospace environment |
