Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, maintaining accurate records, and conducting regular audits to ensure stock accuracy.Operational Control: Monitor stock levels, implement minimum stock requirements, and coordinate with procurement/suppliers for timely replenishment.Supervision & Safety: Lead store personnel, provide training, and ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and housekeeping standards.Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of transactions, prepare daily/monthly reports, and reconcile stocks, often using ERP software. Key Qualifications and SkillsExperience: Generally requires 1-5+ years in inventory management, warehousing, or retail.Education: A diploma, ITI, or bachelor’s degree in business or related fields is often required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally).Soft Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. |
