Through its Frontline Critical Care (FCC) program, the company provides on-ground ICU doctors supported by remote intensivists and advanced digital ICU platforms to deliver high-quality, protocol-driven critical care across hospitals in India. Role Overview We are hiring Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to provide bedside care for ICU and high-dependency patients at partner hospitals while working closely with Cloudphysician’s remote intensivist care center. This role combines clinical expertise with technology-enabled critical care, ensuring high standards of patient safety, timely interventions, and adherence to ICU protocols. Working Hours: 192 – 208 hours per month (Roster / Shift based) Key Responsibilities Provide bedside care for ICU and high-dependency patients, including admissions, daily rounds, and emergency management. Collaborate with remote intensivist teams to implement patient management plans. Perform critical care procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial lines, and basic ventilator management. Coordinate with nursing teams to maintain protocol-driven ICU practices. Ensure timely communication with patient families in coordination with hospital staff. Participate in clinical audits, quality checks, and Morbidity & Mortality reviews. Attend academic sessions and training programs for continuous professional development.
