| Description | Job description Implement plant processes related to Laser efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth operations. Adjust process parameter controls during production runs to optimize results. Monitor and reduce process downtime to maximize productivity. Meet target cycle time with manual operations to ensure timely delivery. Analyze yield reports to ensure product quality and reduce scrap percentage. Reduce consumable usage to minimize waste and costs. Monitor CP (process capability) & CPK (process capability index). Monitor cosmetic yield performance and identify deviations in machine processes, taking corrective actions as needed. Conduct failure analysis using problem-solving tools such as 7QC, Fishbone, and Why-Why, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Job Requirements Tech (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Production) / Diploma Strong knowledge of GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing), FMEA (failure mode effect analysis), and AutoCAD And NX. Excellent teamwork, agility, customer empathy, and goal-oriented skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. |
