| Description | We are looking for a motivated MBBS-qualified Physician with hands-on experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) environment to join our Clinical Team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical trial conduct in accordance with approved protocols and regulatory guidelines Review and apply inclusion/exclusion criteria to assess subject eligibility Ensure recruitment feasibility and protocol adherence Monitor subject safety and evaluate response to investigational treatment Assess, manage, and document adverse events Obtain and document informed consent prior to study procedures Conduct protocol-required medical examinations and assessments Maintain accurate, complete, and inspection-ready study documentation Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, sponsor, and regulatory requirements Qualifications • MBBS (Required)-IMA Certified-Mandate • 1-3 years of experience in a CRO • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines • Experience in clinical trial conduct and safety oversight • Strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities *** Freshers can also apply*** Join us to contribute to high-quality clinical research while ensuring patient safety and regulatory excellence.
