| Description | Job description Manage monthly closing for all applicable entities, including provisioning, review of accounting entries, and follow-up on timesheets. Review cost allocations by cost center and ensure accurate reallocation of costs across legal entities during the closing process. Prepare and deliver financial reporting for all legal entities within the Indian subcontinent. Support the preparation of Business Reviews and MIS reports for senior management. Manage preparation of budgeting and forecasting processes. Coordinate effectively between the finance team and project controllers to ensure seamless operations. Extract and analyze data from SAP to monitor cost trends and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure accurate input and validation of financial data in group consolidation systems (SAP and Magnitude). Perform monthly analysis of overheads and Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) expenses, including cost analysis and other expense verification. Review and validate intercompany transactions in coordination with the accounting team. Ensure timely creation and modification of cost centers to support accurate financial reporting. Conduct detailed reviews of SG&A expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance. Perform additional tasks as assigned based on business requirements. |
