Age varies by post – 18-27 years for some Group C posts, 20-30 years for some Group B posts, and 18-32 years for Junior Statistical Officer. Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years (13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST), Ex-Servicemen – 3 years after deduction of military service, Defence Personnel (disabled) – 3 years (8 years for SC/ST). Educational Qualification: For most posts: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. Assistant Audit Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s Degree + desirable CA/CMA/CS/M.Com/MBA (Finance) etc. Candidates have to qualify Subordinate Audit/Accounts Service Examination during probation. Junior Statistical Officer: Bachelor’s Degree with 60% in Mathematics in 12th OR Statistics as a subject in graduation.
