| Description | 30 May , 9.30 AM - 10.30 AM Finolex Cables Ltd, Near PCMC Metro Station,26-27, Mumbai-Pune Road, Pimpri, Pune – 411018 Job description Job Description Apprentice Trainee (NAPS Roll) Position Title: Apprentice Trainee Production, Maintenance & Quality Payroll: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) Department: Production / Maintenance / Quality Plant: Preform Plant / Optical Fiber Plant / Optical Fiber Cable Plant / High Voltage Cable Plant / Low Voltage Cable Plant Employment Type: Apprenticeship (Fresher) Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Production/ Chemical/ Plastic or relevant discipline Freshers (Only Last Semester Appearing / Pass Out in 2025) Job Role & Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day production operations at the assigned manufacturing plant Operate production machines under supervision and ensure smooth functioning Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities Learn and support maintenance activities of the same machines operated, including: Routine inspections and machine checks Preventive and breakdown maintenance Assist in in-process quality inspections and testing activities Ensure product quality by following defined quality standards and process parameters Support quality documentation, inspection records, and reporting activities Identify and report defects, process deviations, or non-conformities to supervisors Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards Maintain basic production, maintenance, and quality records Learn and implement 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and safety practices Work under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the department from time to time Key Skills & Competencies: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes Willingness to learn machine operation, maintenance, and quality practices Positive attitude towards shop-floor work Discipline, punctuality, and team orientation Basic technical knowledge relevant to the qualification Attention to detail and quality awareness Interested candidate can also Mail their CV on Rutuja.Mohite@finolex.com |
