Candidates with strong accounting knowledge, hands-on SAP experience, and excellent communication skills are encouraged to connect with us during the walk-in drive. Mandatory Requirements Experience in Finance & Accounting domain Hands-on experience in SAP Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work in any shift Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Accounts Payable (AP) Major Responsibilities Process vendor invoices accurately and within timelines Perform invoice verification, 3-way matching, and payment processing Handle vendor queries and maintain strong stakeholder coordination Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements Accounts Receivable (AR) Major Responsibilities Manage customer invoicing and cash application activities Track outstanding payments and perform collection follow-ups Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Prepare aging reports and maintain AR records Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and payment closures Record to Report (RTR) – Major Responsibilities Perform journal entries, accruals, and month-end closing activities Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports Analyze general ledger accounts and resolve variances Support audit activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards Work on financial reporting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting CA/CA Intermediate/CMA/CMA Intermediate are preferred Relevant experience in AP / AR / RTR processes Good understanding of accounting principles and financial operations Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred |
