Job Description Handle end-to-end group policy operations including onboarding, member additions/deletions, endorsements, and renewals Coordinate with HO teams, Underwriting, Claims, IT, and Finance to ensure smooth processing Track and monitor medical requirements, FCL / Non-FCL coverage, underwriting decisions, and premium collections Provide support for claims (death, rider, medical cases) and ensure timely resolution Prepare and maintain MIS reports (premium summaries, CD balances, renewal trackers, pending cases) Ensure adherence to defined TATs, internal guidelines, and audit requirements Manage client and broker communication with clear and professional updates Proactively escalate critical issues and ensure closure Support renewal activities, lapse prevention, shortfall collection, and reconciliation Maintain proper documentation and records Candidate Profile Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred) 13 years of experience in Insurance Operations (preferably any insurance industry) Sound knowledge of: Group Life Insurance processes Medical underwriting & FCL concepts Claims and service operations Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with strong process compliance orientation Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting Ability to manage escalations and work within defined timelines |
